Monster has job listings for locations all over the world; many of these will require that you have a work visa already, but if you do it’s a great resource for jobs. Monster also has a selection of articles about working abroad which you may find useful.

Although "mainly aimed at young Brits," OJC has info to help anyone trying to navigate the red tape often involved in getting legal employment outside one’s home country.
